General Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions, the Service Provider
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) is to comprehensively regulate the general contractual terms governing the use of the services of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió, the use of the online store available at www.fitlady.hu, and the services provided by the Service Provider.
By placing an order in the online store, a contract concluded by electronic means is created between the Service Provider and the person using the Service.
Before making a purchase or using any type of service, please read these GTC carefully and use the services only if you accept the provisions herein and consider them binding upon yourself.

2. Definitions
Parties: collectively, the Service Provider and the persons using the Service.
Service Provider: Fitlady Mozgásstúdió and its operator, Mónika Csengeri, as well as the operator of the website www.fitlady.hu.
User / Customer: a person who, via the Service Provider’s website, makes an offer to purchase and, by initiating a purchase, enters into a contract.
Contract: the contract of sale concluded between the Parties through the website www.fitlady.hu.
Product/Service: the subject matter of the Contract, namely a fitness ticket or pass purchasable in digital form as listed on the website www.fitlady.hu and in its price list.
Consumer: a natural person acting outside his/her trade, profession or business activity who visits the place operated by the Service Provider or its website.
Consumer agreement: a contract in which one party, i.e., the purchaser, qualifies as a Consumer.
Means of distance communication: a device suitable for making a contractual statement without the Parties being simultaneously present—for the purpose of concluding a contract. Such devices include, in particular, addressed or unaddressed forms, standard letters, advertisements with order forms published in the press, catalogues, telephone, telefax, and devices ensuring internet access.
Distance contract: a consumer contract concluded within the framework of an organised distance sales system for the provision of the agreed product/service without the simultaneous physical presence of the Parties, and where, for the purpose of concluding the contract, the contracting parties use exclusively means of distance communication.
Business/Undertaking: a person acting in the course of his/her trade, profession or business activity.
Warranty: in the case of contracts concluded between a consumer and a business (hereinafter: consumer contract), as defined in the Civil Code:
a) a performance warranty undertaken for proper performance by the business in addition to or, in the absence of, a statutory obligation, and
b) a statutory mandatory warranty.
3. Scope of the GTC
Personal scope: these GTC apply to all legal relationships created by electronic orders placed through the website between the Service Provider, as seller, and the User, as purchaser.
Material scope: these GTC fully apply to all products/services that are the subject of the contract of sale concluded between the Service Provider and the User.
Territorial scope: these GTC apply to all transactions concluded between the Service Provider and the User within the territory of Hungary.
Temporal scope: these GTC enter into force on the date of publication, and for each User, the provisions become binding at the same time as the order is placed on the website. These GTC cease to have effect upon their withdrawal or amendment. In assessing actions and in the event of any dispute, the provisions of the GTC in force at the time of purchase shall always apply.
4. Use of Services, Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation Terms
The services of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió may be used in the form of individual, group, or personal trainer-led sessions.
Timetables are published weekly on the website no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Sunday preceding the given week. For group classes, single-entry tickets or 4/8/10-session passes may be purchased.
For gym use, a day pass or a 30-day pass can be purchased. Within opening hours (06:00–22:00), the User may use the Fitlady Mozgásstúdió gym an unlimited number of times.
A 30-day combined pass is also available, which grants unlimited gym access during opening hours within its validity period and participation in 4 group classes.
Personal training is available subject to prior arrangement with the personal trainers.
To purchase a ticket/pass or to register for a class, the User must register in the MotiBro system, accessible via the menu on www.fitlady.hu. After registration, the User can sign in to Fitlady Mozgásstúdió’s MotiBro page: https://fitlady.motibro.com/login
After logging in, existing tickets and passes can be managed, and tickets/passes can be purchased.
Through the system, the User can purchase any type of ticket usable at Fitlady Mozgásstúdió (single ticket, pass). It is also possible to set the start date of the pass validity (to begin with first use, or on a calendar date specified by the buyer).
After placing the pass in the cart, the User must provide billing details and payment information.
By pressing the Initiate payment button, the User can pay the total order amount online by bank card via the secure Stripe payment system.
Stripe is an online payment system that enables acceptance of online payments on the website. Creating a Stripe account is not required to pay via Stripe.

The Stripe online payment system accepts the following cards and digital wallets (Hungary-related list): MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
After being redirected to Stripe’s payment page, card data must be entered, then the payment transaction can be initiated by clicking the Order button.
By initiating the transaction, the User accepts the provisions of these GTC and the Privacy Notice of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió. In case of any problem, the payment page will inform the payer about the nature of the issue and provide an option to modify the data.
After successful payment, the system automatically redirects to the page closing the card payment and confirms the transaction result. The browser used for card payment must support SSL encryption.
The ordering system (MotiBro) receives only the information related to the order from the User, while the Stripe online payment system receives only the card data necessary for the payment transaction on its TLS-encrypted payment page. The ordering system does not have access to the content of the payment page; only Stripe can access it.
Fitlady Mozgásstúdió does not store or retain bank card data in any way.
After the payment is credited, the User receives a confirmation. The unique code required for entry will be sent to the User by Fitlady Mozgásstúdió via e-mail no later than within 24 hours after the payment is credited.
The e-mailed code is unique and personal. With it, the User may enter and exit the premises unlimited times during opening hours and within the validity period of the ticket/pass.
After the expiry of the ticket/pass, the code becomes invalid; a new code is generated upon the purchase of a new ticket/pass.
Service prices are indicated in Hungarian forints on www.fitlady.hu and are not subject to VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.
Day passes and passes are personal and non-transferable. The code provided with the day pass or pass may not be transferred to third parties; only one person—the User—may enter the premises of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió and use its services with it. Violation of these provisions may entail legal consequences and a ban from Fitlady Mozgásstúdió.
Registration for classes is available on www.fitlady.hu under the Timetable menu by clicking the Register button next to the class, via the MotiBro system (https://fitlady.motibro.com/login?event=1Vs4y9Og&page=booking&source=widget).
If the User cancels a booked group class at least 12 hours before the class starts, the system will delete the registration and no fee will be charged. Cancellations must be recorded by logging in to the MotiBro system.
5. Data Protection
The Privacy Notice adopted by the operator of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió is available on www.fitlady.hu. For the protection of life and physical integrity and for asset protection purposes, cameras have been installed on the premises. The Camera Policy is available on www.fitlady.hu and is also posted in a clearly visible place in the lobby of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió.
By purchasing a day pass or pass, the User accepts the provisions of the Privacy Notice and the Camera Policy and acknowledges them as binding.
6. House Rules and Conduct
The purpose of these House Rules is to define the rights and obligations of persons working or staying at Fitlady Mozgásstúdió and using its services, and the expected conduct towards one another.
Fitlady Mozgásstúdió welcomes female guests only, offering open, self-service options in addition to regular group classes.
By entering the premises of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió, the User accepts these rules as binding.
Opening hours: every day from 06:00 to 22:00. Please use our services in consideration of opening hours. For group classes, arrival is permitted at most 30 minutes before the class, and departure is required promptly after the class.
Entry to and use of the services of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió are permitted only with a pre-purchased day pass or pass.
Rooms, equipment, and gear at Fitlady Mozgásstúdió may be used solely for their intended purpose and at the user’s own risk.
All Users must maintain order and cleanliness and behave in a manner that does not endanger their own health or that of others while using the services.
Any conduct or activity outside the scope of the services provided by Fitlady Mozgásstúdió that violates the law or good morals, causes moral or physical harm to natural persons or any property, or constitutes a criminal offence is prohibited.
It is forbidden to place or distribute any advertising, marketing, commercial, or political leaflets, or to carry out such activities.
It is forbidden to make audio or video recordings, provide music, organise gambling, or carry out related activities.
Smoking, and the consumption or distribution of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, intoxicants, or similar substances are prohibited throughout the premises of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics are prohibited from entering the premises of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió or using its services. Bringing any prohibited substance, item (e.g., weapons), or animals into the premises is forbidden.
Any activity that may cause fire is prohibited.
In the gym of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió, it is forbidden to use hair straighteners or charge any other electrical device.
Services may only be used in a healthy condition. In the case of chronic or any musculoskeletal disease, please inform the staff in advance in your own interest. Fitlady Mozgásstúdió excludes all liability in such cases; in the event of chronic, musculoskeletal, or other illness, the User uses the services exclusively at his/her own risk.
Services may only be used in appropriate, clean sportswear and closed indoor footwear.
Fitlady Mozgásstúdió provides changing rooms with lockers operated by 100 HUF coins. Lockers cannot be rented; they are for single use only. Fitlady Mozgásstúdió assumes no liability for any valuables left in the lockers.
Using your own towel is mandatory during services; towels are not provided.
Please refrain from using mobile phones during services—whether individual or group—for your own and others’ safety and for the undisturbed conduct of training sessions.
Only beverages in sealable plastic bottles may be brought into the gym rooms. Please consume muesli and other sports bars without crumbs, preferably before or after your workout, in the changing room. Eating and drinking are otherwise prohibited.
Before use, please check that the equipment you intend to use is in proper condition. If you detect a fault, notify us immediately via any of our contact details. In the case of faulty or improperly maintained machines, or improper use of machines and equipment, Fitlady Mozgásstúdió excludes all liability for damages.
After use, please return machines and equipment to their default position and put away equipment and weights.
Fitlady Mozgásstúdió does not operate a reception; staff may not always be present on site during opening hours. In case of any error, irregularity, or problem, please contact a staff member on site or notify us via any of our contact details immediately.
The operator’s contact details and emergency phone numbers are posted visibly in every room. When leaving, if no one else is present on the premises, please switch off the lights.
7. Liability for Damages, Complaints, Withdrawal, Termination
The operator of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió, subject to the statutory duty to compensate, shall be liable only for damages directly caused by it and attributable to it in the course of the services provided as set out in these GTC. The Parties exclude all further claims for damages to the extent permitted by the applicable laws.
In the event of a complaint, please first contact the operator of Fitlady Mozgásstúdió by letter or e-mail so that we can remedy the issue.

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the Consumer does not have a right of withdrawal/termination in the case of a contract for the provision of services after the service has been fully performed, if the business began performance with the Consumer’s express prior consent and the Consumer acknowledged that he/she loses the right of termination after full performance; furthermore, in the case of a contract for accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or services related to leisure activities where a specific performance date or deadline is defined in the contract; or in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the business began performance with the Consumer’s express prior consent and, simultaneously with that consent, the Consumer made a statement acknowledging that he/she loses the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

9. Final Provisions
These GTC comprehensively regulate the contract concluded between Fitlady Mozgásstúdió and the User. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Hungarian law.
These GTC and any amendments thereto are published on www.fitlady.hu. These GTC—as consolidated with amendments—enter into force on 1 June 2025 and remain in effect until revoked.
