1. How can I register with the Motibro system?
Visit https://fitlady.motibro.com/login and follow the registration steps.
2. Where can I buy a pass?
Passes can only be purchased online on the Motibro platform. Select the pass that suits you best and pay for it with your credit card.
3. What types of passes are available?
You can choose from 4, 8, or 10 group class or gym passes (daytime or all-day), depending on the service you wish to use.
4. How can I book an appointment for a lesson?
In the Motibro system, you can see the available lessons under the “Timetable” menu item. Select the desired time and book it with a single click.
5. Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email for every booking, and you will also be able to see your booked appointments within the system.
6. Can I cancel the lesson if the time is not convenient?
Yes, you can cancel your booking within the specified time limit – the cancellation deadline is 12 hours.
7. When and how will I receive the access code?
After paying for the pass, we will send you the access code by email, but only for the gym pass.
If you purchase a pass for group classes, you will not receive a code – in this case, when you arrive for the class in person, you will need to ring the bell at the gym.
Important! The code will not arrive immediately – the waiting time can be up to 8 hours, so please take this into account!
8. What if I have technical problems using Motibro?

9. Can I purchase multiple passes at once?
Yes, you can purchase multiple types of passes (e.g., separate passes for group classes and gym use), which can be valid simultaneously.
10. When does my pass become valid?
The pass is activated after payment is received, but you can also set the start date of the pass yourself.
11. How long is the pass valid for?
Passes are valid for 31 days.
The exact validity period is indicated separately for each pass in the system.
12. What should I do if I cannot attend a class?
Please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the class, otherwise the session will be deducted from your pass.
13. Do I need any equipment for the classes?
No personal equipment is required—we provide everything you need.
Please bring a change of shoes, a towel, and water for the workout!
14. Are there changing rooms and showers on site?
Yes, changing rooms and showers are available for our guests.
15. Can I pay locally?
No, all payments are made exclusively online through the Motibro system.
16. How can I keep track of my sessions?
After logging in, you can see your valid passes, remaining sessions, reservations, and pass validity period in your Motibro account.
17. How long will it take to receive the access code?
The access code for the gym membership will be sent by email within a maximum of 8 hours.
This is a manual process, so please purchase your membership in good time and allow for the waiting period.
